Ep. 124 — THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST (2004) with Justin Vance

This week sees the conclusion of our month long series taking a look at films that depict the life of Jesus Christ (or in the case of LIFE OF BRIAN, a film that specifically doesn'tlook at the life of Christ), and we're capping it off with what might be the most interesting conversation so far: Mel Gibson's controversial mega-hit THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST.

We're joined this week by returning guest Justin Vance to discuss the film, its creation, its legacy and impact, and all of the controversy surrounding both it, and its director.

We've also decided that PASSIONis worthy of discussion as a possible entry into the Psychotronic Hall of Fame, but that's a decision that we alwaysleave up to our listeners, so let us know what you think by voting in our poll below!
